J&M Gemini LLC - Our Story

At J&M Gemini LLC our mission is to design software that:

The "Simple" Story:

Mark Estes ~ Purchased a large format printing business after working in the IT international corporate world for 20 years.

Jim Chase ~ Retired... or so he thought... from developing software solutions for large corporations for over 30 years.

Here was someone running a large format printing business who, because of his previous business experience, could identify very specific needs that could be met through a software program. Creating this type of software would not only benefit his own business, but could possibly be shared with others in the same industry to maximize their profitability.

The other piece of the puzzle, remember, is the retiree, "who had lots of time on his hands". He started out in IT and then spent many years writing turn-key software for large businesses such as banks, architectural firms, and supermarkets, to name a few. This expertise also lead him to fulfill many managerial roles.

It was the perfect set up... Mark had a new business without software to run it efficiently. Jim had "lots of time on his hands" and the expertise to build a solution for Mark's business. So... they decided to test their 13 year friendship and SIMPLE™ was born. Although, to date, SIMPLE™ is a highly integrated software tool, it continues to be upgraded due to the ever changing needs of the digital printing market.
